I cannot download content on Dragon Age Origins?

I have entered two redeem codes (Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor) in my online bioware account.

I then logged in through Dragon Age with the same email and password, but when I go to "Downloadable content" tab, nothing is there.

I know I have inserted the codes correctly, since I can see them when I click on "Your registered content" in my bioware account. How the heck do I download the files? Have I done sth wrong?I cannot download content on Dragon Age Origins?
